In Tai Chi, we do 60 minutes of slow, gentle exercise, using the ancient Chinese practices of Dao Yin and Qi Gong. The exercises help to improve our balance, concentration, coordination, joint mobility and muscle tone (particularly in the legs). The flowing movement can also promote feelings of wellbeing and calm.
