This is where Group Leaders can find information, ideas, forms and materials to make their lives easier. If you have an idea for a new group, or would like to restart one which has fallen by the wayside, please contact the Group Representative, who will guide you through the initial stages.

Web Page Editors

All active groups have their own webpage[s], many of which are created and maintained by their leaders. Anyone who'd like to look after their group's pages or nominate a group member in their place can contact the Web Manager to arrange for a training session or two and will then receive a log-in as an Author for their group. Support for editors of SiteWorks websites can be found here, and the Web Manager will help if you get stuck or can't find out how to do something.

Beacon

Wells u3a uses the Beacon management system, which group leaders can log into via the link on this page.

Equipment Loans

Wells U3A has invested in several items of equipment, which can be borrowed for use at group meetings. To find out what's available and where to borrow it from, contact the IT and Equipment person.
